SLPHA BOARD MEMBER REGISTRATION
Thank you for volunteering your time to support St Louis Park Youth Hockey Association as a Board Member. SLPHA is a volunteer lead organization and our success is dependent on the time and commitment of our members.
All board members must participate in SafeSport Training and the Minnesota Hockey Background check.
Board Member Registration fees are reimbursable by SLPHA.
2024-25 Board Members/Manager
Each Board Member will need a:
2024 -2025 USA Hockey # (registration will walk you through obtaining if needed)
Completed Minnesota Background Check
SafeSport Certification
